11 Sep 2024

Dakar French and English with online simultaneous interpretation.
Start: 08:30 (GMT) - End: 16:00 (GMT)

Join us for the 3rd edition of the ICC Dakar Arbitration and ADR Day which will be preceded by the ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy for Africa. The theme of this major Arbitration and ADR event in Senegal and the region will focus on International Disputes involving States and State Owned Entities, a topic that concerns both public persons and their private partners and legal practitioners who support the economic players. An ICC YAAF Fireside chat followed by a networking event will close this must attend one-day conference.

This conference, featuring legal and business experts, will examine the reasons why international arbitration is considered as the preferred way of resolving disputes involving states and state-owned entities in the region, and will propose ways in which these disputes can be prevented and resolved effectively.

It is an excellent opportunity for alternative dispute resolution practitioners from West and Central Africa to meet, learn and exchange views on the latest trends in arbitration and ADR in their region.
