Join us at this ICC YAAF event organised, during the week of the flagship 9th ICC Asia Pacific Conference on International Arbitration Conference on International Arbitration in Singapore and let’s look back into the curious workings of arbitration during the antiquity!

Before arbitration settled in its current form, it was practiced in different shapes and forms in millenia past. From ancient Greeks to Eastern ancient civilizations in India and China, the speakers will walk you through on how history has shaped arbitration and vice versa, and how we can apply this today. This will be an open discussionwith practitioners, In House Counsel, law students,history and politics enthusiasts.
