Join us for the fifth edition of the ICC Peruvian Arbitration Day, which will be held on the occasion of the celebration of the Centenary of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

This conference will address the main arbitration issues being discussed in the region and globally, such as new approaches to the duty of disclosure and the existence of conflicts of interest, the States’ participation in ICC arbitrations, the control of awards regarding their reasoning, as well as constitutional interferences and the development of international arbitration in Latin America, in addition to reviewing the contributions of the ICC International Court of Arbitration over the last 100 years.

Arbitration practitioners from several countries in the Americas and Europe, who act as arbitrators or lawyers at an international level, will participate as panellists and will share their experience.

The conference is aimed at companies’ and corporations’ in-house lawyers, arbitrators, public officials, law firms’ lawyers and all those who are interested in learning more about international arbitration.

A certificate of attendance will be issued.
