ICC YAAF Industry Series – Arbitration and Telecommunications

23 Aug 2023

Lima Spanish
Start: 9:00 (UTC-5) / End: 12:30 (UTC-5)

ICC YAAF is organising a series of events on disputes that arise in different industries in Latin America. This session will focus on Arbitration and Telecommunications and the resolution of their disputes through arbitration and other dispute resolution methods.

In particular, it will analyse competition and collusive behaviours among operators in the telecommunications industry, detailing the actions from authorities to combat such behaviours. Likewise, it will analyse access to telecommunications infrastructure in conjunction with the development of technologies, and the disputes that may arise between companies in this industry and regulatory entities.

This event is being organised on the occasion of the 5th ICC Peruvian Arbitration Day.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
