It is with great pleasure that ICC Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Economy invite you to the two-day Regional Conference on Arbitration and ADR – Construction Projects Disputes, to be held on 2-3 October at the Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik, at the address Ul. Frana Supila 12 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
At the conference, international and local experts in the field of construction disputes, alternative dispute resolution and arbitration – engineers and arbitration practitioners – will share their knowledge on current issues in infrastructure projects in the region in relation to contract administration and dispute resolution through four panel discussions.
As part of the conference, the workshop Construction Project Success – Risk Allocation, Project Delivery Strategy and Effective Conflict Management will be held.
