Since their introduction in 2017, the ICC’s Expedited Procedure Provisions (EPP) have provided a streamlined option for resolving smaller disputes. This panel will present the findings of the ICC Commission’s working group on the use of the EPP to date, identifying practical insights, recurring challenges, and effective approaches developed over the past eight years. The discussion will focus on how arbitrators, counsel, and parties can make the most of expedited proceedings, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and procedural discipline.
