Initially applied to low-value cases, expedited arbitration is increasingly used in more high-value disputes by parties who value the benefits of a speedy resolution to their disputes.
Panelists will discuss how parties and arbitrators are designing procedural frameworks under the ICC Expedited Procedure Provisions (EPP) and share best practices.
