Join us in Hong Kong for the ICC International Commercial Arbitration Training (PIDA 1).

Developed by the ICC Institute of World Business Law, the ICC International Commercial Arbitration Training (PIDA 1) will be organized by ICC Hong Kong.

This 3-day training is designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding and first-hand experience of international commercial arbitration under ICC Arbitration Rules from a counsel perspective, by working through an ICC arbitration case study with experienced arbitration practitioners. The training covers sessions on how to draft the request for arbitration and the answer to it, selection of arbitrators, a mock hearing and other elements of a typical arbitration case under ICC Arbitration Rules as described in the program.

Who should attend?

This training is recommended for participants interested in gaining an understanding of ICC arbitration and international commercial arbitration more generally, and how to conduct an international commercial arbitration from a counsel perspective.
