At the occasion of the “Rio Arbitration Week”, this ICC YAAF event will debate the use of ADR by State Entities, especially the use Dispute Boards as a mechanism of preventing disputes. The use of Dispute Boards is constantly increasing in construction cases in Brazil and State Entities are developing internal rules to make its use viable, what makes the discussion updated and relevant.
