Join us for this in-person panel discussion on the role of the modern tribunal secretary. We will explore how young practitioners can become involved in arbitration by way of the tribunal secretary role, tips and tricks for being a tribunal secretary, and the evolving role of the tribunal secretary through technology.
During this panel discussion, we will discuss how young arbitration practitioners can gain arbitration experience through the tribunal secretary role.
We will hear from lawyers with tribunal secretary experience, who will share how they were appointed, their experiences being a tribunal secretary, the technology available to facilitate the role, and whether the role of the tribunal secretary has become obsolete with increasing technological tools available to arbitrators and institutions.
Mid to junior associates and law students are encouraged to register for this event, particularly those interested in becoming tribunal secretaries.
Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
What is ICC YAAF?
