Comparative panel discussion focusing on the question of how damages are quantified – what needs to be considered in the process of quantification, which pitfalls should be avoided, and which levers allow the most successful presentation?

In this context, the role of a quantum expert and the importance of the co-operation with the quantum expert are highlighted as well as the key aspects that the quantum expert should consider for the presentation of damages and the pitfalls that should be avoided.

Open to every age, especially young members of the network of arbitration experts. ICC YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
