ICC DRS is a proud partner of the Seminar on the Singapore Convention on 22-23 September 2023 in Tunis, Tunisia.

On the eve of this must-attend event organised by UIA, International Association of Lawyers, ICC YAAF is delighted to welcome you online to a conference organised in collaboration with ICC Tunisia and the Conseil Bancaire et Financier (CBF) of Tunis.

Join us online for a conference organised by the African Chapter of ICC YAAF. We will discuss the new tools promoted by ICC to prevent conflict and encourage parties to reach amicable agreements.

Objective/Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young entrepreneurs and in-house counsels wishing to learn about the latest developments in conflict prevention. It will also be an opportunity for young practitioners to familiarize themselves with the mechanisms and tools provided by the new Guide on Effective Conflict Management and the Report on Facilitating Settlement in International Arbitration recently released by the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR in the field of amicable dispute resolution.

What is ICC YAAF?

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.

At ICC, we believe that through training and mentorship, we can mould the next generation of leading international arbitration and ADR experts. Through the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) network, we are able to better inform, connect and inspire young professionals with interests in dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.

Throughout the world, ICC YAAF organises a number of educational and social events that allow young professionals to discover best practices, discuss topical issues, network and create meaningful connections with experienced practitioners.
