Join us at this in-person event for an interactive discussion on the growing role of technology and artificial intelligence in international arbitration.

Join us for a lively discussion on the growing role of technology and artificial intelligence in international arbitration. Practitioners from diverse jurisdictions will address some of the thorny questions on this subject, such as technology and the promise of procedural efficiency in arbitration, the role of AI in the selection of arbitrators, the drafting of arbitral awards using AI tools, as well as the ethical and procedural concerns associated with the use of AI in arbitral proceedings. The session will be followed by a networking reception to continue the dialogue.

This ICC YAAF event is organized at the occasion of the first ICC Court Egypt Arbitration Day, an exclusive opportunity to stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and recent developments in dispute prevention and resolution in the region.
