ICC YAAF - Energy transition in Europe and ADR: what lies ahead?

Organized by ICC YAAF and Greece VYAP (Very Young Arbitration Practitioners), this event is a unique opportunity to discuss the challenges posed by the energy transition in Europe and the role that ADR is playing in it and will continue to play in the future.

The event will feature three interactive panels. The first one will deal with the regulatory and contractual issues that may arise in the context of energy transition contracts. The second one will navigate the intricacies of the funding of energy disputes in an evolving legal landscape. The third one will focus on the role of ADR in resolving disputes arising from the energy transition. The event will end with networking drinks.
