Asunción Spanish
Start: 09:00 (Asunción) - End: 11:45 (Asunción)

Join us for a half-day conference to discuss the latest trends in damages in international commercial arbitration.

This ICC YAAF will analyze the different aspects of damages quantification in international arbitration, taking into consideration the two cutting edge current trends: ESG and crypto-assets related disputes.

The event will consist of a conversation between senior advocates and young professionals. The proposed event will consist of a keynote speech by a senior professional[VR1] , followed by two panels, in which one senior will introduce the topic (the introducer) and 4 young lawyers (-40) plus a moderator (the panelists), will discuss the topic raised by the introducer. The moderator would ask the panelists different questions, with the other panelists having a chance to comment.

Objective/Who should attend?
