Join us for an in-depth discussion on the new IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration!
In this event, we will be delving deep into the new IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration. We will begin with a keynote by Alfredo Bullard, who integrated the committee responsible for drafting the new 2024 Guidelines, followed by a roundtable discussion with Sofía de Sampaio Jalles, who was also on this year's committee and Oliver Cojo, who was on the review committee for the previous version of the Guidelines in 2014. This discussion will be moderated by Álvaro Soriano and will focus on an analysis of the changes that the Guidelines have undergone over the years.
Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC's arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
