Start: 14:00 (Budapest) - End: 18:00 (Budapest)

Join us in Budapest for this half-day conference to discuss key legal issues arising in arbitration proceedings within the construction sector.

This event marks a significant milestone as the first-ever arbitration conference dedicated solely to the construction industry and disputes within it, to be hosted in Budapest. Led by seasoned young arbitration practitioners from Hungary and neighboring countries, the event will delve into the multifaceted aspects of construction arbitration from a cross-jurisdictional standpoint. Topics of discussion will encompass both the substantive and procedural intricacies inherent in construction arbitration, along with an examination of the role and unique considerations regarding evidence in such cases.
