23 Jan 2024

London English
Start: 18:00 (London) | 19:00 (CET)  - End:  19:30 (London) | 20:30 (CET)

Join us at King's College London for a timely discussion on anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions!

There has recently been a significant increase in the utilisation of injunctions to either uphold arbitration agreements or restrain the resort to arbitration both in London and Europe. This ICC YAAF event offers an opportunity to discuss recent developments and to hear from both practitioners and academics on the subject.

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
