100 Years of ICC International Court of Arbitration: A Mission of Purpose and a Vision of Continuity

On the special occasion of the Centenary of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (“ICC Court”), the ICC Centenary Declaration on Dispute Prevention and Resolution was published. The Declaration highlights the strategic priorities and commitment of the ICC Court to leading the future of dispute resolution in the next century. An integral part of ICC Court’s mission and vision is also rooted in Singapore, marked with the opening of ICC’s case management office in Singapore which also celebrates its 5th year anniversary in 2023. Do join us as we celebrate a century of ICC shaping dispute resolution space!

The open registration for this special event is limited to fifty (50) attendees only. We welcome In-House Counsel and dispute resolution practitioners with keen interest in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and the work of the ICC Court to continue pioneering international dispute resolution practices and services in years to come.

This event is organized at the occasion of the Singapore Convention Week 2023. held from 28 August to 1 September 2023. Organised by the Singapore Ministry of Law, in collaboration with partner organisations, SC Week 2023 is a signature event in Singapore, focusing on dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation and litigation. It serves as a key platform for thought leaders, experts, practitioners and policy makers, to discuss emerging trends, address common issues and drive change. The week-long event will feature a rich and exciting line-up of keynotes, discussions, debates, workshops, lectures, networking events and visits.

Fireside Chat: Pioneering and transforming the future of international dispute resolution – working synergy between the Government of Singapore and the ICC International Court of Arbitration

 

In this special Fireside Chat, the esteemed Speakers will be interviewed by the Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (“ICC Court”) on the mission and vision of both the Government of Singapore and the ICC Court on promoting the rule of law and access to Justice. The chat will transgress into the working synergy between the Government of Singapore and the ICC Court, the conceptualisation and transformation of Singapore as a leading international dispute resolution hub, how such partnership contributes to development of business and engagement models that both parties envisage to continue pioneering the next century of dispute prevention and resolution.
