Start: 15:00 (CEST) || End: 17:00 (CEST)

The first webinar in the ‘‘ICC Institute SME Lab on International Contracts’’ series has been specifically designed to enhance the knowledge of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on various aspects of international construction contracts, relevant contract clauses and risk assessment.

The two-half-day webinar aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of contract management specifically tailored for SMEs, equipping them with essential insights into the core components of international construction contracts and practical tools that are vital for navigating the challenges of a globalised and digital construction industry, especially in turbulent times. A hands-on approach will be taken, highlighting scenarios of events that may impact an SME's performance of a construction contract, and identifying practical remedies that can be considered. Additionally, it will delve into various alternative dispute avoidance and resolution techniques. Each session will conclude with a dedicated Q&A, allowing attendees to engage directly and seek clarification on any pertinent issues.
