Join us for an engaging webinar focused on understanding and managing conflicts of interest in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Led by industry experts Viviane Schiavi, ICC Global Policy Lead on Anti-Corruption and Corporate Responsibility, and Joseph Carl Mauro, Senior Counsel and Integrity Compliance Specialist at the World Bank Group, this session will explore the definition, implications and recent cases related to conflicts of interest.


Moderated by ICC Institute member Sevag Panossian, General Counsel of Consolidated Contractors Company, the discussion will focus on real-world challenges. Participants will gain insight into ICC tools and guidance to address these issues - such as the ICC Conflicts of Interest Guidelines - as well as a global perspective from the World Bank on developing corporate integrity compliance programmes.

Council Member Victor Guerra, Chair of the Compliance Task Force, will introduce the session, which aims to promote diverse perspectives and solutions for SMEs in managing potential conflicts of interest.
