The second webinar in the series ‘ICC Institute SME Lab on Compliance’ will review sample compliance clauses and relevant considerations. Specifically, the presentation will address the importance of compliance clauses in the area of anti-corruption compliance as well as consider labour-related compliance issues and, given the importance of exchanging and protecting data in a globalised world, the webinar will also review data privacy requirements.
