42nd ICC Institute of World Business Law Annual Conference: Navigating the New Contents of International Public Policy - Compliance in Environment and Human Rights

06 Dec 2022

Paris English CNB and MCLE credits available

The ICC Institute of World Business Law’s 42nd Annual Conference is taking place in Paris on Tuesday 6 December 2022! The theme for this 42nd edition is "Navigating the New Contents of International Public Policy - Compliance in Environment and Human Rights".

To what extent should business seek to comply with environmental and Human Rights requirements? Our expert speakers will zoom in on this increasingly crucial question in international public policy. These discussions will not only focus on the context of arbitration, amicable dispute resolution and international law – but also on corporate governance – making this a must-attend conference for international business people and lawyers alike. In light of ICC's transversal engagement and the growing responsibilities of companies with respect to the environment and Human Rights, you can expect debates from an international public policy stance. Nevertheless, the impact on dispute resolution and how to practically respond to such cases, will no doubt come into the conversation.

All participants will receive a copy of the Dossier XXI of the Institute Series, summarising the day's discussions.
