This special online edition of the ICC Brazilian Arbitration Day will take place virtually with 2 half-day sessions.
The conference will be held in both Portuguese and English with simultaneous translation.
Despite the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic in the world, arbitration continues to advance and grow in the region. Brazil is currently the most represented nationality among parties in ICC arbitrations from Latin America, and in 2020 it reached second place in the overall nationality ranking.
The President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre, the Secretary General of the Court, Alexander Fessas, and the Deputy Secretary General, Ana Serra e Moura, as well as international and Brazilian arbitration practitioners will share their knowledge and experiences with the audience.
Who should attend?
Practicing lawyers, corporate counsels, in-house counsels, magistrates, legal directors, arbitrators and other dispute resolution services practitioners, academics and professionals involved and/or interested in obtaining further knowledge and keep up to date with domestic and international arbitration in the Americas.
