This lunchtime program is ideal for anyone who does business internationally and would like to learn more about dispute resolution and arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce ICC Rules of Arbitration.

Objective/Who should attend?

Attendees will be able to ask questions and provide feedback about their experiences with arbitration and ICC dispute resolution services. Panelists will also discuss:

  • Business risk mitigation and dispute management needs and concerns;
  • The role of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and other unique features of ICC arbitration, such as expedited arbitration and scrutiny of draft awards; and
  • Key points to consider to save time and costs, particularly when drafting dispute resolution clauses that provide for arbitration.
  • Finally, attendees will be offered a range of ICC resources for effective dispute prevention and resolution for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
