Join us for the 4th edition of ICC Ecuador ADR Week: A Journey through arbitration to discuss topics of current interest on local and international arbitration, mediation and dispute boards.
The theme of this conference is "A journey through arbitration " and will be marked by the past, present and future of this dispute resolution mechanism and other ADR tools.
How and where did it originate? What was arbitration like in ancient times? From the past, we will go through the present era, with topics on technology in arbitration, current trends, relevant issues, among others. We will end with the future of arbitration: What role will artificial intelligence play in the arbitration justice system? What is the ethical limit of its influence? What challenges and challenges does the future hold?
This conference convenes practitioners of arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods in general: Practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, public servants, arbitrators, mediators, arbitration secretaries, academics and professionals interested and/or related to domestic and international arbitration in the region and in general who are interested or immersed in the practice of ADR.
Don't miss the Conference of the Latin American Chapter of ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) and the ICC Ecuador Young Arbitrators Subcommittee on 14 September 2023.
