This event will gather the leading experts in the field of construction contract preparation and management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution through available ADR tools and arbitration.  

The aim of the conference is to provide participants with an update on the latest insights, trends and developments in construction project preparation, dispute management and dispute resolution, as well as an opportunity for networking. 

An advanced workshop on cross examination technics will also take place during the event. 

The conference will cover a range of topics including cross examination in construction disputes, ESG compliance during the preparation stage of infrastructure projects, construction contracts and administrative law in public procurement, the impact of technology and AI on construction, administration and adjustments of construction contracts, and strategies for dispute avoidance and resolution.

Cancellation policy

By registering, participants accept the Terms of registration and cancellation for trainings organized by ICC Croatia. Please note the registration becomes valid from the date of receipt and acceptance by ICC Croatia (every application is binding). Cancellation of participation is accepted only in writing. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing 15 days prior the event. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. If the participant has not paid the registration fee according to the proforma invoice, the registration fee will be charged in full via the invoice issued after the event.
