The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Croatia and the Croatian Chamber of Economy in cooperation with the ICC Dispute Resolution Services are pleased to invite you to the Third Annual Regional Conference on Arbitration and ADR – Construction Projects Disputes.

The conference will bring together leading experts in the field of construction contract preparation and management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution through available ADR tools and arbitration.

The aim of the conference is to provide participants with an update of the latest insights, trends and developments in construction projects preparation, and dispute management and resolution, as well as a networking opportunity. 

A workshop on the Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) and Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board (DAAB) will also be held during the conference.

            Registration fees

            Standard registration (from 28 August 2025)

            • Price for members of ICC Croatia (list of members of ICC Croatia) and/or companies which pay membership fees to the Croatian Chamber of Economy : 450,00€ + PDV/VAT*
            • Price for non-members of ICC Croatia and/or companies which do not pay membership fees to the Croatian Chamber of Economy : 550,00€ + PDV/VAT*
            10% discount for registering two or more participants from the same company
            *Note: PDV/VAT rate in Croatia is 25%

                  Cancellation policy

                  By registering, participants accept the Terms of registration and cancellation for trainings organized by ICC Croatia. Please note the registration becomes valid from the date of receipt and acceptance by ICC Croatia (every application is binding). Cancellation of participation is accepted only in writing. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing 15 days prior the event. Cancellations after this date are not refundable. If the participant has not paid the registration fee according to the proforma invoice, the registration fee will be charged in full via the invoice issued after the event.
