Objective/Who should attend?
After a three-year hiatus and post-pandemic, join us again in Kuwait for the 3rd ICC Kuwait Arbitration Day. We will hear from arbitration practitioners in the region and beyond on topical issues relating to the Kuwait arbitration landscape. Speakers will also share perspectives on obtaining interim reliefs from the courts in the region, jurisdictional challenges, as well as the ever-interesting discussion on the challenge and enforcement of arbitral awards in Kuwait.
