2023 Belt and Road High-level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration is co-hosted by ICC China, China international Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), and ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court). It is organized by CCPIT Shaanxi Sub-Council and ICC China Secretariat, and supported by dispute resolution providers, universities and law firms.
Belt and Road High-level Dialogue on lnternational Commercial Arbitration has been successfully held in 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022. This year, together with experts from all over the world, we will discuss cutting-edge issues in the field of international arbitration, topics including Hot-button issues of Arbitration under the Belt and Road Initiative, Intellectual Property,Diversified Dispute Resolution, and Energy Transition and International Arbitration.
This event aims to provide a high-level dialogue platform to promote exchanges and interactions among the business community, arbitration community and legal community on international commercial arbitration, helping Chinese enterprises going global to better participate in the further implementation of the Belt and Road lnitiative, better utilize arbitration services to settle relevant disputes, and better safeguard their legitimate interests.
