YCAP/ICC YAAF 2025 Fall Symposium

08 Oct 2025

Ottawa English
Start: 15.45 (ET) - End: 17:00 (ET)

Join us the day before the ICC Canada - Arbitration Committee Annual Conference for the joint YCAP and ICC YAAF Fall Symposium.

This panel will explore how parties and counsel can design and execute multi-jurisdictional strategies in commercial arbitration, where enforcement, interim measures, and parallel proceedings often cross borders. Speakers will discuss practical considerations in selecting arbitral seats, coordinating proceedings across different legal systems, and navigating conflicting procedural and substantive laws. Drawing on recent case examples, the panel will provide insights for practitioners facing the complexities of arbitration in a multi-jurisdictional environment.

Who should attend?

Open to those aged 40 and under, ICC YAAF provides opportunities for young practitioners, in-house counsel, and professionals interested in arbitration to develop their skills, broaden their networks, and engage directly with experts shaping the field.
