The WCF Africa Regional Summit (9–10 April 2025, Nairobi), held in collaboration with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), in Nairobi, Kenya, will convene delegates from more than 70 countries. This landmark event is organised under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) framework to foster economic growth, innovation, and collaboration.
With KNCCI’s leadership, the summit will bring together key stakeholders, including business leaders, policymakers, and innovators, to explore strategies for driving sustainable economic growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing regional integration.
Delegates will engage in high-level business sessions, thought-provoking panel discussions, and specialised workshops. The summit will also feature networking opportunities, B2B meetings, and cultural performances, creating a vibrant platform for collaboration and actionable outcomes.
Through an exciting programme spanning two days, participants will gain valuable insights into Africa's growing investment potential and innovative ecosystems while showcasing the region's leadership in sustainable development.

Africa’s Role in Global Trade: Perspectives on the Multilateral Trading System
The ICC and WTO present a rare opportunity to understand how the global trading system works. This practical one-day workshop will equip African chambers and businesses with vital knowledge on the fundamentals of the WTO and key issues affecting global and regional trade, including e-commerce and sustainability requirements.

Health Insurance: Participants are encouraged to obtain health insurance covering their stay in Kenya. The summit organizers will not cover any medical expenses.
VISA
1. Apply for a eVisa (Online Application) - Kenya has an electronic visa (eVisa) system, which delegates must use to apply for their visa before traveling.
Step-by-Step eVisa Application:
- Visit the Kenya eVisa Portal - Go to the official eVisa website: https://evisa.go.ke/
- Create an Account - Register with an email and create a password.
- Fill in the Visa Application Form - Provide personal details, travel information, and passport details.
- Upload Required Documents
- A passport copy (valid for at least 6 months after your planned date of arrival into Kenya, with at least two blank pages).
- A passport-size photo.
- Return flight ticket.
- Hotel booking and invitation letter from a Kenyan host.
- Contact information, e-mail address and phone number
- Details of arrival and departure itinerary
- Pay the Visa Fee
- Standard single-entry visa: $51
- Payment is made online via credit/debit card.
- Receive and Print the eVisa
- Processing time: 2–5 business days.
- The eVisa will be sent via email. Print a copy for presentation upon arrival.
2. Visa on Arrival (Not Available) - Kenya does not offer a visa-on-arrival option for Afghan citizens. The eVisa must be obtained before traveling.
