Join ICC Arbitration during the Japan International Arbitration Week 2026. This event will introduce the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules and announce the working plan for the Japanese Translation of the new rules.

The 2026 ICC Rules of Arbitration enhances efficiency, clarity, usability and reflect the ongoing evolution of arbitration practice. This event will discuss the significant changes to the new rules and share practical insights and tips from the practitioners. This event will discuss how the Rules could offer state-of-the-art tools for the resolution of disputes, large or small, across all industry sectors, and involving businesses, states and state entities from Japan. During the event, the co-organizers will announce the working proposal for the Japanese version of the 2026 Rules.
