International Arbitration into the Campus: An Elaboration of 100-year ICC Rules of Arbitration

During the past 100 years of ICC, there have been eight significant versions of ICC Rules of Arbitration to adapt to the latest arbitration practices and rapid development of international arbitration. The latest 2021 ICC Rules of Arbitration will apply to the 2023-2024 Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

ICC will hold a series of activities "International Arbitration into the Campus: An Elaboration of 100-year ICC Arbitration Rules" for law students. Our deputy directors Vera He and Dr. Anran Zhang, along with legal scholars, will introduce in-person the evolution and latest practice of ICC Rules of Arbitration to the students

We have visited 5 universities over the countries, from Beijing, Dalian, Wuhan to Chongqing in the last few weeks, our last stop will be in Shanghai, taking place at the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics on 21 December 2023.
