Join us for this year’s edition of the ICC YAAF & YAAP joint conference, traditionally taking place during the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Followed by an inspiring keynote speech, the panel discussion will focus on effective advocacy in international arbitration and the essential question of how advocates can persuade arbitrators to rule in their favour. In particular, the panellists will provide guidance on how to master persuasive skills in written submissions, in opening and closing submissions and during cross-examination. The discussion will cover different perspectives to advocacy from different jurisidictions.
As always, this ICC YAAF & YAAP event will be an ideal forum for Vis Moot students and young practitioners to exchange knowledge, share their experiences and expand their network.
