ICC YAAF: Tips and tricks for working with experts

22 Apr 2024

Tokyo English
Start: 14:50 (JST) - End: 16:30 (JST)

Please join us for a panel discussion with experts and practitioners from in and outside Japan, as we explore how we can best leverage expert evidence in international arbitration.

We are delighted to hold an in-person panel discussion with distinguished experts and arbitration specialists, to explore how lawyers can best work with experts, and leverage expert evidence in international arbitrations.

We are pleased to be joined by Mr Keita Fukunaga from AlixPartners and Dr. Kourosh Kayvani from HKA, sharing their experience and insights into providing expert evidence, and their views on how lawyers can best work with experts. We will also hear from Ms Seri Takahashi, from Mori Hamada Matsumoto, on how she leverages expert evidence in international arbitration. Speakers will compare and contrast views from counsel’s position with those of the experts.

There will also be time for questions (in either English or Japanese).

Who should attend?

Young lawyers and law students are encouraged to register for this event, particularly those based in Japan.
