In this event, we will focus on the specific challenges for international commercial arbitration in Central America. We will take a deep dive on the regional legal framework, arbitration infrastructure and discuss the role of arbitration to foster economic development. This ICC YAAF event is organized on the occasion of the PANARB 2024.

Who should attend?

Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
