Join us for this conference in which arbitration experts will provide practical tips and invaluable insights to effectively conduct a cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses.
The conference will take place within the framework of the third edition of the Cross Examination Moot and is addressed to students, young practitioners, counsel, in-house counsel, and anyone who is interested in enhancing their skills in cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses.
Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
