After a keynote delivered by Tina Cicchetti, Member of the ICC Court, our panel will discuss the balance between party autonomy and procedural integrity, with a focus on what matters most to users, the role of institutions in the appointment of arbitrators, and in ensuring procedural efficiency throughout the proceedings. The event will conclude with a keynote delivered by Professor Renato Nazzini.
