Join us in Tunis for this new session of the "Passing on the baton" ICC YAAF Champions Centenary Series. Experts will share with young arbitration practitioners their respective experiences, the challenges they face and reflag the pitfalls to avoid to succeed as counsel in arbitration.
Objective
Through sharing experiences of young arbitration practitioners, you will learn about the specificities and challenges of arbitration consulting and discover the tools that will set you on the path to success. This conference, organised in collaboration with ICC Tunisia, Ifriqya Arbitration Forum and Conseil Bancaire et Financier (CBF), is aimed at law students, young jurists, and lawyers who want to learn about the practice of arbitration consulting.
Who should attend?
Open to those aged 40 and under, YAAF provides opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand ICC’s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.
