Speakers will discuss how the aerospace and aviation industries continue to evolve due to commercialization, privatization, regulation, the entrance of new players, the impact these changes have had upon contracting and dispute resolution practices. Panelists will also discuss what the future may hold. They will close by giving advice for in-house counsel, arbitration practitioners, and soon-to-be future lawyers interested in being part of the next chapter of aerospace and aviation dispute resolution.
