The ICC Iberian Arbitration Day, taking place in Madrid on 28 November 2022, offers networking opportunities with lawyers, arbitrators, in-house counsel from Spain, Portugal and Andorra. Learn about trends in international arbitration including human rights, evidence methods, solving disputes in construction projects) and the upcoming kick-off of the ICC Court centenary.
After a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ICC Iberian Arbitration Day 2022, the second of its kind in its history, will take place on Monday, 28 November 2022 from 16:00 to 19:30. The event, jointly organised by ICC Spain and ICC Portugal, together with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, will take place in parallel to the ICC Spain centenary celebrations and ahead of the ICC International Court of Arbitration centenary year celebrated in 2023. The ICC Iberian Arbitration Day 2022 is a unique occasion to network with arbitration practitioners from the Iberian peninsula and other hispanic and lusophone countries. Participants will hear about the latest trends in international arbitration linked to topics such as human rights and arbitration, new evidence and forensic methods in arbitration and construction projects as well as means to solve disputes (arbitration, dispute boards, expertise and others.). A networking cocktail will be offered at the end of the event.
