Building on last year's discussions, this intimate forum provides in-house counsel in Romania with direct access to top-level ICC Court representatives and an opportunity to engage with peers on the evolving challenges businesses face in international disputes.
The event will be hosted by ICC Dispute Resolution Services. It will feature key representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and current members of the ICC Court for Romania – Alexander G. Fessas (Secretary General), Ioana Knoll-Tudor (Court Member for Romania), and Sebastian Guțiu (Alternate Court Member for Romania). Together, they will answer your questions about when and how can ICC arbitration & ADR help your company.

The discussions will focus on tribunal constitution and arbitrator selection, as well as provisional measures rendered by arbitrators, emergency arbitrators and national courts.
