Join us for the Global Launch of the ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration.
The ICC Commission’s latest Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR explains how the basic and specific needs of persons with disabilities participating in arbitral and ADR procedures can easily be addressed and accommodated. By giving practical guidance to practitioners, arbitrators, arbitral institutions and associations, the Guide’s main goal is to increase awareness of disability inclusion in the dispute resolution field. Specific recommendations addressed to all participants involved together with concrete tools and action items, will hopefully change the conversation on disability inclusion.
