ICC Dispute Resolution Services, ICC Hellas, ICC Serbia, ICC Turkiye, and ICC Albania will join forces for the very first time during the Athens Arbitration Days for a half-day event titled "Disputes Trends & Enforcement of Arbitral Awards: An ICC Regional Perspective."
The event will bring together arbitration experts and practitioners from across the region to discuss current developments in dispute resolution and the enforcement of arbitral awards in Southeast Europe. By highlighting the importance of a regional perspective, the conference aims to foster dialogue, share practical insights, and promote greater coherence in arbitration practices across the SEE region. Through two focused panels, participants will explore emerging trends and challenges shaping dispute resolution practices, as well as key issues, experiences, and best practices related to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards.
