The International Maritime Bureau (IMB) estimates from its work in verifying Bills of Lading that over 95% of all improperly issued Bills of Lading are issued by Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers (NVOCCs). This online course aims to raise standards and reliability of maritime trade for active NVOCCs and their trading partners operating in the global market.

Our final exam consists of a 60-minute examination which is live proctored via the internet.  The passing grade is 70% minimum. Upon passing the examination, learners will be issued an accredited certificate for the program.

Since 1999, Pottengal Mukundan has been the Director and CEO of ICC Commercial Crime Services (CCS) having worked for the commercial crime fighting arm of ICC since 1981.
