The INCOTERMS app is a mobile platform that provides information on ICC INCOTERMS. This app is free and is provided by ICC. By clicking on ‘Sign up’ (news alerts), ICC collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, country)
  • Professional information (job title, company)
  • Log data: whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

You directly provide ICC with the data we collect and process when you voluntarily complete the “Sign up” form via a separated ICC page.

ICC collects your data so that we can email you updates regarding ICC news, issues and related products and services direct to your inbox according your preferences. You can unsubscribe any time.

4.     How do we store your data?

The Application provider – GoodBarber stores IT information in France.

If you sign up for ICC News Alerts, your personal data will be hosted in Microsoft Azure.

5.     What are your data protection rights?

ICC would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access - You have the right to request ICC for copies of your personal We may charge you a small fee for this service.
