On the occasion of the Centenary of the ICC Court and the 190th Anniversary of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry which houses ICC Australia, we will address the past, present, and future trajectories of the arbitration landscape in Australia. 

Please join us at this event during Australian Arbitration Week as we:

  • Provide a brief overview of the history of arbitration in Australia
  • Consider recent judicial and legislative developments strengthening the practice of arbitration in Australia
  • Identify new frontiers for arbitration related work in Australia, including the enforcement of investor-State awards; and
  • Discuss ways in which Australian arbitration can be further developed.
