North African Arbitration Days

15-16 Dec 2022

Tunis and online French
Start: 08:30 (CET) || End: 19:00 (CET)

This second edition of the North African Arbitration Days is organised in partnership with the Ifriqya organisation. Join us for these two days of discussions and debates to assess the current situation of arbitration in North Africa. Our expert panellists will identify for the audience the challenges and perspectives for practitioners in the region.

The recent disruptions in the global economy and the fast-evolving landscape of African economies call for a revisitation of our practices to best respond to the needs of businesses. This edition of the North African Arbitration Days will be a great opportunity for all dispute resolution practitioners in North Africa to gather, learn and exchange on the latest trends of ADR and Arbitration in their region.

This conference is a must-attend for all in-house counsel, company secretaries, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators and generally dispute resolution practitioners who wish to connect with their peers while learning about the latest developments in their field of expertise.
