Join us for this roundtable discussion on how to manage and mitigate business risks and learn practical tips for drafting dispute resolution clauses that can save time and costs if a dispute arises.

The passage over the Detroit River represents the busiest point of trade between the US and Canada, where billions of dollars in goods flow between the two counties annually. Such trade requires significant and sophisticated legal planning, especially when a dispute arises between parties from either side of the border.

This roundtable discussion will address what steps, tools, and innovations should be considered to best align arbitration, and dispute resolution generally, with the needs and expectations of companies engaging in domestic and international commercial transactions in Detroit and elsewhere.
