The Free Trade Agreement Certificate (FTAC) is an online programme that provides an understanding of the often difficult and legalistic FTA rules to enter key overseas market. The advanced-level curriculum provides a collaborative mapping of how business units can come together to overcome perceived technicalities and generate revenue-boosting solutions.

Corporates: Audit, legal, procurement, sales, taxation and trade compliance teams, as well as business development executives

Our final exam consists of a 60-minute examination which is live proctored via the internet. The passing grade is 70% minimum. Upon passing the examination, learners will be issued an accredited certificate for the programme.

Principal Trainer Globalab launched her career in commercial related assistance programmes at the British High Commission. Assisting businesses from the United Kingdom and Singapore to work together was an area she enjoyed tremendously and decided to dedicate her career in trade and investment related government relations. Maler spent the next 15 years in developing her expertise with emphasis on trade, investment, competition and Free Trade Agreements. After her diplomatic service in KL, Malaysia, she embarked on legal studies with an intention to specialise in business law. She focused on assisting companies to export with government support while with International Enterprise Singapore (now called Enterprise Singapore).
